About the Role We have an opportunity for a Mechanical Supervisor to join our on‑site team in Huntstown, Dublin 11. You’ll oversee daily mechanical works, coordinate with other trades, manage subcontractors, and ensure all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities: Lead weekly toolbox talks to keep safety and communication front and center. Prepare weekly progress reports, highlighting achievements and addressing challenges. Coordinate site activities seamlessly with other trades to ensure smooth operations. Develop two-week lookahead plans for upcoming works to keep projects on track. Ensure labour requirements are met in line with project schedules. Maintain exceptional quality standards across all mechanical works.…
