Role overview The Associate Systems Administrator is an entry-level position within the IT Systems team based in our Dublin office. This role serves as a critical bridge between our IT Service Desk and Global Systems functions, primarily focusing on supporting our EU and UK-based employees. You will work closely with the IT Service Desk team to resolve technical escalations while aligning with US-based systems engineers to maintain global applications, security policies, patching standards, and network infrastructure across our European locations. This role requires a blend of operational support, technical curiosity, and a commitment to maintaining a secure, highly available environment. On Call work may be required with this roll as needed by the business.…
