Description We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Listings Executive to join our Listings team within the Banking Department of our Dublin office. This is an excellent opportunity for an established listings professional with significant experience advising on debt securities listings and regulatory submissions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Listings, Banking Partners and lawyers, managing a broad range of Irish and international listing transactions from inception through to admission. A Senior Listings Executive acts as an approved intermediary with the Central Bank of Ireland ("CBI") and/or Euronext Dublin ("Euronext"), coordinating the listing process between issuers, arrangers, legal advisers and regulatory authorities.…
