The Scrum Master will support Agile delivery teams as they plan, organise and deliver work across a range of technology initiatives. Working closely with Product Owners and development teams, the successful candidate will help facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain healthy backlogs, track progress and remove obstacles that may impact delivery. This is a hands-on role focused on helping teams stay organised, aligned and focused on delivering sprint commitments. The Scrum Master will act as a facilitator and coach, supporting effective collaboration, clear communication and continuous improvement within the team.
