As part of our ongoing growth, we are hiring a Quantity Surveyor for a residential project in West Dublin. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tender packages, evaluate subcontractor returns, and lead negotiations through to the placement of subcontract agreements. Take ownership of the commercial and financial management of subcontract packages from procurement stage through to final account settlement. Measure and quantify works on site to support valuations, variations, cost reporting, and subcontractor assessments. Assist in the preparation of cost forecasts, budget tracking, and contract value reconciliations to ensure commercial performance targets are achieved.…
