We are seeking an experienced Senior Patent Formalities Specialist to support the management of our global intellectual property portfolio. In this role, you will oversee patent formalities throughout the full patent lifecycle, ensuring filings, deadlines, official records, validations and maintenance activities are completed accurately and on time. Working closely with patent attorneys, external counsel, inventors, R&D teams and IP stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining a robust and compliant patent portfolio while driving operational excellence across IP processes. What You Will Do: Manage patent matters throughout the full lifecycle, from filing through grant, maintenance and expiry. Coordinate European, PCT and national patent filings through external counsel.…
