Position Description As part of the Enterprise Services, Facilities Management (FM) is responsible for managing building services across approximately 116 premises within the ESB estate, including office buildings, depots, and garages. This encompasses asset management, maintenance and lifecycle replacement, strategic asset planning, fabric refurbishment projects, capital works, and the delivery of soft services such as cleaning, catering, and landscaping. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical management of ESB buildings nationally.
