Our IT Service Delivery function designs, delivers, and supports all activities aligned with ESB’s IT strategy, providing innovative solutions across the organisation. ESB operates one of the most advanced IT and telecommunications environments in Ireland, supporting over 500 applications and serving as the country’s largest SAP user. The Enterprise Application Services team manages and supports the Automic Workload Automation platform — a business‑critical enterprise system used extensively across ESB to automate, schedule, and orchestrate workflows and operational processes across numerous IT systems and applications.…
