RESPONSIBILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES: Respond promptly to incidents, accidents, and emergencies on the national motorway network and/or Dublin Tunnel with appropriate operational protocols. Utilise advanced monitoring systems to identify, analyse, and manage traffic patterns and incidents in accordance with operational standards. Coordinate with emergency services, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective and timely response to all situations. Issue clear and precise instructions to drivers through designated communication channels, including variable message signs and social media platforms. Maintain accurate and comprehensive incident logs and prepare detailed reports to fulfil administrative and compliance requirements.…
