What You’ll Do The Projects Lead – Small Works & CFE is responsible for leading the strategic planning and delivery of all small works and CFE (up to 60m of capital spend) across the Primark store estate. This role ensures high-quality, commercially focused delivery that enhances customer experience, supports store performance, and enables the business to execute projects more efficiently and at pace. Operating at a mid-senior level, the Projects Lead drives consistency, governance, and innovation across all small works and CFE activity, unlocking efficiencies, reducing costs, and minimising disruption to trading stores while maintaining exceptional brand and safety standards.
