Your Area of Work As a Strategy & Transformation expert you will partner closely with senior management to shape and execute strategic priorities across Deutsche Börse's Post Trading business. You will support the design and implementation of operating model enhancements, transformation initiatives, performance improvement programs, and operational excellence initiatives, helping ensure sustainable growth and efficient delivery. Based in Cork, you will act as a trusted advisor to Operations leadership and work closely with Technology, Finance, Risk & Compliance, and business stakeholders.
