Role Overview Designer Group is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Lead to take ownership of all electrical quality assurance and quality control activities on a major power generation project. This is a fully site-based position and will play a critical leadership role in ensuring the safe delivery, testing, inspection, commissioning, and handover of all electrical systems in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, and industry standards. The successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership to the project QA/QC team, manage subcontractor quality performance, drive quality initiatives across the project lifecycle, and serve as the primary interface between the site team, client representatives, consultants, and commissioning stakeholders.…
