Position Description Distribution Markets and System Operation (DMSO) are focussed on driving a transition to high-renewable, low-carbon energy systems to ensure security of supply for all ESB customers. There are 5 pillars in DMSO DMSO Design, Operations Solutions Delivery, Business Solutions Delivery, Network Operations and Retail Market Services. The Change and Engagement team are responsible for ensuring appropriate change management methodologies and internal stakeholder engagement is utilised. This is fundamental to the success of DMSO. The Change Lead will work as part of the Change and Engagement team to prepare ESB Networks for the implementation of all associated changes resulting from new products developed in DMSO and Smart Metering.…
