THE POSITION: As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be the primary point of contact and you will lead the talent acquisition activities for multiple EVERSANA divisions in Europe. You will be a key contributor to the success of our growth in the region, by sourcing and selecting top talent in a fast-paced, agile and dynamic organization. You will report to Senior Director, Human Resources Europe and will collaborate with other HR global functions, global recruitment team, hiring managers and external recruitment agencies, to achieve hiring goals, to create a best in class candidate experience and to build long-term relationships.
