PURPOSE OF THE JOB The facility coordinator is responsible for the protection of UPS assets, facilities, grounds and equipment. He/she assists the operations management with the facility maintenance and compliance auditing, warehouse equipment maintenance, housekeeping, facility safety and security aspects. The facility coordinator manages as well smaller projects independently and oversees / prioritize the work of contractors. The facility coordinator reports direct to the BaSE Supervisor. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES Inspect entire facility, in- and outside, to identify issues and independently take action to list and correct these.
