The main responsibilities for the Client Engagement Specialist are to setup, configure and maintain client software. This includes ordering and resulting portals & CRM. The role will require a tech savvy, process driven, team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their experience of our service is industry leading. Playing a leading role in the roll out of Eurofins Biomnis suite of IT integration tools to enhance laboratory services and products offered by Eurofins Clinical Diagnostics to our clients. Building and maintaining strong relationships with the existing and future company customers by developing a complete understanding of the client needs and business area requirements.…
