Please see below for job descriptions of an Overnight Hygienist role at The Lunch Bag. Saturday - Wednesday nights 10pm - 7am Carry out thorough cleaning and sanitisation of production machinery, equipment and production lines during overnight shifts. Clean floors, work surfaces, food-contact areas and other designated production areas to a high standard. Follow established cleaning schedules, procedures and hygiene standards at all times. Safely dismantle, clean and reassemble machinery and equipment where required. Use cleaning chemicals, equipment and PPE safely and in accordance with company procedures. Ensure all cleaning is completed within the required timeframes to allow production to commence on schedule.…
