This role is responsible for providing end-to-end, consultative HR partnership to People Leaders within LinkedIn’s Global Business Organisation (GBO) across EMEA and LATAM. As a functionally aligned HR Business Partner, you will develop a deep understanding of GBO’s business, organisational context, talent priorities, and manager needs. You will combine this functional understanding with regional expertise to deliver relevant, practical, and scalable HR solutions. You will act as a consistent point of contact for People Leaders, coach managers across a broad range of people matters, and partner with GBO Functional HRBPs, Centres of Excellence, and specialist teams to provide an integrated manager experience.…
