AbbVie is seeking an experienced QC Supervisor to lead a team of laboratory analysts within our Quality Control function in Sligo. This role is responsible for ensuring that raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, stability studies, and contract testing activities are completed to the highest quality standards, on schedule, and in compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. As QC Supervisor, you will provide leadership and coaching to a team of 2-12 analysts, driving laboratory performance, data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will oversee day-to-day laboratory operations, support investigations, ensure equipment and systems compliance, and collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain teams.…
