Our Production Department is looking for a Production Administrator to join their team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. This candidate will support the production leadership team in ensuring best in class operational efficiency and effectiveness. Taking the lead in vendor management, documentation control and administrative tasks. Responsible for ensuring Day to Day Running of Systems ie (One Vault). Responsible for ensuring all logbooks are up to date and completed in a timely manner. Setting up Training Files for all Production Personnel and maintain as appropriate. Producing weekly metrics to support Target Zero on SOPS and ILT. Setting up and maintaining a Training Record Matrix for Production personnel.…
