Job Description Summary As the Site Lean Leader, you'll be responsible for partnering with site leadership to drive Lean & Heartbeat (HB) deployment and strengthen continuous improvement capabilities across the Cork manufacturing site. This role serves as a strategic member to the Site Leadership Team and is accountable for advancing Lean principles, Daily Management Systems (DMS), Problem Solving Process (PSP), Kaizen, VSM, Standard work and Leader standard work, capability development, and performance improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people outcomes.
