We are currently recruiting for an Environmental Co-Ordinator to work in our busy food manufacturing site in Athleague, Co. Roscommon This is a permanent position, subject to probationary period. Hours of work: Core Hours 8am-5pm Monday to Friday Job Purpose: Responsible for the monitoring of the wastewater treatment plant ensuring its continued efficient operation. Key Responsibilities: Operate, monitor, maintain and trouble-shoot the effluent treatment facility Maintain a working knowledge of operation, methods and procedures of wastewater treatment plan Maintain basic knowledge of wastewater discharge norms and consent limits Maintain basic knowledge of physical, chemical and engineering aspects of treatment processes for wastewater Inspect and perform daily checks on effluent plant…
