ROLE OVERVIEW Harvey is building a best-in-class go-to-market engine, and we're looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to join the GTM Systems team and help scale the systems that power both our pipeline and our customer experience. You'll take on a variety of projects across the full GTM lifecycle, from how we source, enrich, and route leads at the top of the funnel to how we support and engage customers through Zendesk and our Customer Success platforms. This is not a traditional RevOps or Salesforce admin role: we expect this person to work AI-first, using AI tools and agents to build, automate, and maintain systems that would traditionally require engineering support or manual admin work.…
