About the role An exciting opportunity has opened up in Portfolio Management Group – Investment Function Team. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, detail‑oriented fund governance lead to own our engagement, as Investment Manager and sponsor, with the board and service providers of Davy’s regulated funds with c. €9bn AUM. It is ideal for someone who can operate at board level and take ownership of the governance processes that underpin regulatory oversight and investment governance across the platform. The role is the primary point of accountability for the Investment Manager’s relationship with the ManCo, the administrator and the board.…
