The Role As a Talent Acquisition Graduate, you will join our recruitment team and gain practical experience across the full recruitment lifecycle. You will support the team in sourcing and attracting talent across a wide range of engineering, construction, corporate and specialist roles while developing your understanding of recruitment best practice, candidate engagement and employer branding.
