The Design Coordinator provides support to the Senior Design Coordinator and the wider Design and Engineering team to ensure a coordinated design across contracts. They act as a key point of contact for technical and design matters for discrete packages among the technical teams within the design and engineering function, supporting the wider programme integration activities. The role holder supports in the assurance of the design, standards, methods, and procedures of the major infrastructure contracts. They familiarise themselves with the emerging designs for discrete packages developed by consultants or other contractor(s).
