Support Site initiatives to prevent accidents and ill health at work, ensuring a proactive approach in identifying and addressing key Site Occupational Health and Safety concerns. Develop and implement Site Wellbeing strategy liaising with key stakeholders to implement proactive wellness and engagement initiatives. Maintain health at work through pre-employment medical health assessments, health surveillance and health promotion programmes ensuring that these programs meet best practices standards. Carry out individual occupational health related reviews of employees as required and arrange appropriate referrals to Occupational Medical services, General Practice or EAP services where required.…
