The Vice President of EMEA Marketing will lead MongoDB’s regional marketing strategy, driving pipeline and revenue growth across one of the company’s most strategic markets. This executive will translate global priorities into focused regional investments, build strong partnerships with Sales and GTM leadership, and deliver measurable business impact across customer acquisition and expansion. Beyond delivering near-term results, this leader will help transform how regional marketing operates. Partnering with the Global SVP of Revenue Marketing, they will leverage AI, shared capabilities, and new operating models to simplify execution, increase productivity, and drive greater impact without proportional increases in cost or headcount.…
