Overview of Role Reporting directly to the Global Head of Marketing, the Associate Director, Marketing Transformation is a senior member of the Marketing leadership team and a key partner to the Global Head of Marketing. This is a broad and highly influential role with a clear mandate: drive the transformation of the function, defining what ‘great’ looks like, building the operating model to get there and driving the organisation through the change required to achieve it. You own the transformation roadmap that will take the marketing function to where it needs to be.
