POS-24138 As the Business Development Representative (BDR) Manager, you will be responsible for managing the BDR team as well as growing demand through support of the HubSpot sales organisation. This person will also play a critical role in the alignment between sales and marketing. The BDR organisation is responsible for building the pipeline required to drive ~20% of HubSpot’s new business. You will be responsible for the training, coaching, and managing of new and established BDRs in a very dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
