Right now, we are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our residential project for Duplexes in Ballymastone, North County Dublin. Key Duties & Responsibilities Ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget as agreed by effectively and appropriately overseeing all issues surrounding risks, contracts, operations and communications Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of a large-scale site Review high-level deliverables across site Implement quality assurance procedures in accordance with our methodology Manage project scope and mitigates risk across projects Attend Health and Safety meetings with site team and subcontractors Ensure that everyone on site is working in accordance with the Health & Safety policy and procedures Ensure that all…
