We’re seeking a highly motivated Product Design manager to play a key role in leading, mentoring, and growing a team of product designers while driving high-quality design outcomes across one of Gong’s key product areas. If you have a passion for building strong teams, creating innovative products, and solving complex user problems, we want you! This is a Hybrid-based role with 3 days per week in our Dublin office on Dame St. You will: Lead, coach, and manage a team of Product Designers, supporting their growth and development. Drive the design vision and user experience for one of Gong’s key product areas, in close partnership with Product and Engineering.
