What You’ll Do as Share Plan & Governance Manager We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities: Share Plan Administration: Manage the end-to-end administration of Primark's global share plans, ensuring all awards and transactions are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with plan rules. Governance & Compliance: Maintain strong governance and controls, ensuring compliance with tax, legal, regulatory, accounting and corporate governance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Share Trust & Provider Management: Oversee share trust operations and manage relationships with external providers, trustees and brokers to ensure high-quality service delivery and effective plan execution.…
