ROLE OVERVIEW The EMEA Recruiting Operations Generalist keeps hiring running smoothly across EMEA. You'll take on complex, loosely defined operational work, then turn it into automated processes that the coordination team can run and maintain on their own. You'll also help lead bigger AI implementation projects, partnering with Harvey's analytics and AI teams while doing much of the hands-on work in EMEA yourself. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Execute tier 2 operational work in EMEA: the complex, poorly defined processes that don't fit a standard playbook. - Automate that work so it runs on its own, then document it and hand it off to the coordination team to maintain. - Work on larger AI implementation projects, partnering with analytics and AI colleagues.…
