As the Manager of an Operations Change team, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping and executing the strategic direction and ensuring the operational excellence of our post-trade services. You will play a crucial role in leading the entire team to drive process and technology change across the group, influencing key decisions, and delivering a portfolio of complex projects with significant impact.
