The Facilities area is responsible for obtaining and maintaining UÉ's headquarters and regional offices, including activities such as: security, property management, spatial planning, capital projects and building management. The function has the responsibility of delivering a highly effective Facilities Management Service for UÉ, this involves reviewing and implementing solutions to meet the current and future property and maintenance needs of the business, safeguarding the security of all UÉ's facilities and locations and the management of the company's complex fleet. It is an area that is and will be subject to significant change and expansion, supporting a large capital investment program, over the next number of years.…
