Position Description The Contractor Manager will be part of the Deployment Contractor Management team within the Meter Deployment Workstream. The Meter Deployment Workstream is responsible for the delivery of Smart meter installations and other Meter Framework activities. The Contractor Manager will be the main interface between the Deployment Contractor and ESB and will have day-to-day responsibility for ensuring the delivery, quality and cost effectiveness of the contractor’s services through pro-active performance management. Key Responsibilities Monitor on-going progress of work assigned to External Deployment Contractors. Ensure all work is executed to agreed contractual obligations and KPIs. Ensure Deployment Contractor installers are appropriately trained in line with ESB standards.…
