This is an 11 month fixed term contract. This role sits at the core of strategy, execution, and senior‑leader leverage within LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions (LTS) business. As the Senior Program Manager, you will act as a trusted thought partner to LTS sales leadership, owning critical rhythm‑of‑business cadences, prioritization, and the delivery of high‑impact strategic initiatives across a highly matrixed environment. You will bring structure to ambiguity, translate strategy into action, and work closely with cross‑functional partners to move the business forward - combining strong program management rigor with sound business judgment and influence.
