An Area manager/Quality Service Delivery Manager is required to provide support and operational oversight for selecting a growing number of Sherpa Kids Afterschool services. Based in a number of Primary schools, our services require someone with a passion for delivering quality, dependable school-age services, with a creative and family-supportive approach to holiday care. Requires someone who is dedicated to forming strong partnerships with their staff teams, schools, families, and with children. The QSD Manager is responsible for maintaining excellence in safeguarding, compliance, quality assurance, programme delivery, workforce development and operational practice.…
