The challenge We assess businesses in minutes and send funds in as little as 24 hours. That only works if the systems behind it are fast, reliable, and built to scale as we push into new markets. Right now, that means untangling recurring problems across Underwriting, Product, and Sales, and building the automations that stop them coming back. What you'll actually do - Root-cause the recurring problems that slow us down. You'll define your own KPIs, dig into self-sourced data, and take your findings straight to Director and VP-level leadership. - Build automations that solve a whole business domain, not a single ticket. You'll work across Jira, Hubspot, Pipedream, Tines, and Scriptrunner, and you'll own them end to end: scoping, building, testing, launching.…
