Position description Facilities Management (FM) manage and maintain in excess of 90 properties in the ESB Property portfolio, to over 9000 staff. FM have responsibility for the delivery of a wide range of building related projects to ensure that the ESB Group can deliver its business in well maintained safe & sustainable workplace environments. Within FM, the Capital Projects team is responsible for the delivery of the capital works programme across ESB through a multi-disciplinary professional team consisting of internal and external resources typically make up the delivery teams. The role of the Capital Projects Project Manager is to work as part of the Capital Projects team in the role of designer and project manager in multidisciplinary teams delivering projects to ESB group.…
