We have an exciting opportunity for a Loading Bay Manager to join our team in Athleague, Co. Roscommon. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Beef Loading Bay, ensuring the safe, efficient and timely movement and loading of beef carcasses and products for dispatch. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of beef carcasses and meat processing, with previous butchery, carcass handling or meat production experience highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Liaise with Planning, Production and Transport to ensure daily loading plans are achieved safely and efficiently. Manage the movement and loading of beef carcasses, ensuring the correct product is selected and dispatched to customer requirements.…
