What You’ll Do as a Property Operations Transformation Delivery Manager: In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Lead and coordinate the delivery of Property Operations transformation initiatives, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities. Develop and manage programme plans across multiple workstreams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and delivery outcomes. Drive strong programme governance through reporting, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement, providing clear visibility of progress and performance. Support the implementation of new processes, systems, technologies, and ways of working, ensuring successful adoption across the function.…
