This role is a comprehensive operational leadership position responsible for managing complete chemical and gas supply chain operations, hazardous material compliance, and client relations. Key Functional Pillars Operations & Supply Chain: Directs the on-time, in-spec delivery of specialty chemicals/gases and oversees the maintenance of all distribution systems. Workforce & Safety Leadership: Leads the operational team, oversees employee and safety training, manages succession planning, and fosters a zero-incident safety culture. EHS & Hazardous Waste Supervision: Functions as the site Hazardous Waste Supervisor, ensuring full compliance with OSHA, ISO, Air Liquide, and state/federal hazardous waste regulations, spill response protocols, and waste minimization initiatives.…
