Reporting to the OpEx Director, the Technical Support Manager leads a team of technical support specialists responsible for ensuring robust day to day support of manufacturing operations. Process expert for the Purification & Filling processes responsible for managing process Impact assessment for process related deviations, Change Controls, QRMs and CAPAs. Acts as an Intermediate with R&D. Engineering and Validation teams with Operations to provide extensive process impact assessments. Secures success during technology transfers and process Impact projects that are Introduced In GWWO. Responsible for continuous improvement of process performance.…
