Reporting to the Manufacturing Director, the Technical support Manager leads a team of operational specialists responsible for ensuring robust day‑to‑day support of manufacturing operations. This includes oversight of deviations, CAPAs, change controls, document updates, Quality Risk Management (QRM) activities, and cross‑functional projects. The Manager ensures that all operational support processes are executed in compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal quality systems. This role provides strategic direction, resource planning, and performance management for the operational support function while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
