The Timber Frame Design Office Manager will lead and coordinate the Timber Frame design function, ensuring design outputs are accurate, timely and aligned with production requirements. This role combines strong technical timber frame design knowledge with people management, workload planning, stakeholder communication and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day workload allocation across the Timber Frame design team. Lead, support and develop designers through clear communication, coaching and regular feedback. Review and support technical design outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency and production readiness.
