Work with the Project Owner, Sponsor and Scrum Master to confirm project scope, goals, objectives and business justification, coordinate project resources and confirm project mandate. Prepare detailed project plans and associated resource requirement profiles. Undertake RAID analysis and establish project governance structures and processes. Create, maintain and update Project Initiation Documents, project plans and project status reports. Manage and monitor project progress to ensure delivery of agreed stages and objectives within time, cost and quality constraints. Report progress to the Project Steering Group, Project Sponsor, Programme Manager and executive stakeholders, escalating issues when required and implementing corrective actions where appropriate.…
