The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading the development, coordination, and implementation of BIM processes, standards, and deliverables for mechanical building services on a large-scale international project. The role will ensure full compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ISO standards, and client requirements while driving effective collaboration across all disciplines. Working closely with project management, design teams, site teams, and external stakeholders, the BIM Manager will oversee model production, coordination, data integrity, and digital delivery. The role will also provide technical leadership to BIM Modellers and ensure consistent, high-quality outputs across all mechanical BIM deliverables.…
