Contracts Manager

About this job

Manage multiple construction or engineering contracts from commencement to completion. Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure contractual obligations are met. Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site management teams to resolve contractual and operational issues. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Monitor variations, claims, extensions of time, and contract compliance.…
