Manage multiple construction or engineering contracts from commencement to completion. Review, negotiate, and administer contracts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress to ensure contractual obligations are met. Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting, and financial performance. Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and programme requirements.
